At Parkbench, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging with tags intact.

A valid order ID or purchase proof is required.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products purchased during clearance or sale

Used, washed, or damaged items

Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Exchange Policy
If you received a product with size issues or manufacturing defects, we offer size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the order was Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or wrong product, Parkbench will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference (size change, style change, etc.), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
